Ingredients

  • ¾ cup strawberry mint syrup
  • ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice from 3 large lemons
  • 3 cups water
  • Ice for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, stir the syrup and lemon juice together.
  • Pour in the water and stir to combine.
  • Chill until ready to serve. Serve over ice, if desired.

Notes

  • Stir your lemonade before serving to recombine any lemon juice and syrup that have separated.
  • The mint flavor is subtle in this lemonade. For a stronger mint flavor, add a few sprigs of fresh mint to your pitcher of lemonade and let it steep for 1 to 2 hours while it chills.
  • If you find that the lemonade is too tart, you can add extra syrup, 1 tablespoon at a time until it is sweet enough for your taste.
